Do I have to change my current tools?

It depends on the tool. If it has an API or exports data, like most modern billing, CRM, Google Workspace or WhatsApp Business systems, we connect it. If it is a closed system with no API, we tell you in discovery and work out whether to import its data or replace it.

How much does it cost to start?

Integrations and automations are quoted by scope after a short discovery, per project or as a monthly fee that includes support.

What if something breaks in production?

Everything we ship is monitored, so if something fails we get an alert. You also have a direct channel to report it.

Do you work with small companies?

Yes. A small company has fewer sign-offs in the way, so the change shows sooner. The first part is delivered in 2 to 4 weeks, and we give you the full timeline with the scope.

Can Obrana and Nixo be adapted to my company?

Yes. Both are configured per client: modules, roles and reports adjust to your operation without starting from scratch. And if you need something that does not exist yet, we build it on the same platform.
