Custom software in Bogotá and across Colombia

At Tavelik we design and build custom software from Bogotá for companies across Colombia: web and mobile applications, our own SaaS platforms and APIs that connect the systems your company already uses. It's mostly for day-to-day work that still runs on paper, Excel or WhatsApp, like a construction site's report, a security shift or serving customers through a portal.

What it includes

  • Web and phone apps made for daily use: accessible, fine on any screen size, and always showing where each record stands.
  • Tailored SaaS platforms of our own, like Obrana and Nixo: modules, roles and reports configured per client.
  • Customer portals and management systems designed around your real operation.
  • Dashboards where every indicator shows its value, which way it is heading and what it compares against, so you can decide without waiting for the report.
  • We connect the tools you already use if they have an API. If they don't, we work out with you what makes sense.

Who it is for

For companies that still work on paper, Excel or WhatsApp groups, where information shows up late and someone copies it by hand from one system to another. It fits when you need each piece of data entered once, under the name of whoever entered it, and the programs you already use passing information to each other.

Where we work

Tavelik is based in Bogotá and builds custom software for companies across Colombia: Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Bucaramanga, Pereira, Manizales and Cúcuta, or any other city. Discovery, deliveries and training happen over video calls with remote access to your platform. In Bogotá we can also meet in person. Obrana and Nixo run in the cloud, so a site in Cali or a branch in Medellín is managed the same way as one in Bogotá.

01 / 02Who it is for

From the first call to the first delivery

  1. Discovery

We look at the real process together: who does what, how often and with which tools.

    1 session

  2. Design

We decide what to build first, based on where it makes the most difference: a corporate website, an Obrana or Nixo module, or something built from scratch.

    3–5 days, indicative

  3. Build

We deliver in parts, and each part arrives tested. If the tool you already use has an API, we connect it. If not, we import its data or replace it.

    2–4 weeks, by scope

  4. Measurement

Before we start, we measure with you how long the process takes today or how many enquiries come in through the website, and we measure it again after each delivery.

What we deliver

  • We deliver in parts, each one tested, and your operation keeps running in the meantime.
  • Training for your team with every delivery.
  • A before-and-after measurement of the process at each delivery, done with you: how long it took and how long it takes now.
  • Monitoring with alerts so we find out fast if something fails.

Work you can see

We built Obrana and Nixo ourselves and both are in production. Their pages show the modules and the screens. The case studies tell real operations without naming the client, because that's what we agreed with each one.

Our own platforms, built with this same process

Obrana (construction management) and Nixo (operations control for sites, residential complexes and shopping centres) started as custom developments and are now in production. If your project looks like what they already solve, we start from there instead of from scratch. If you need something different, we build it the same way: in parts, testing each delivery.

What determines the cost

It depends on scope: an app with one module is not the same as a system with integrations and several roles. We quote it after discovery, with a dedicated instance and integrations if the project needs them. The "Websites and development" plan is in the pricing section.
