Operations control platform

The whole logbook, on the guard's phone

Nixo is the Tavelik platform, built in Colombia, that security staff at residential complexes and shopping malls use to log their shift from a phone: logbooks, bikes, visitors, packages and panic button. Every event is stored with time, photo and person in charge, and management sees it live on the web panel.

Why it exists

The problem Nixo solves

Five questions connect what happens on a security shift with what the software does.

  1. Problem

    What's happening?

The shift is logged in a paper book. Bikes, packages and visitors are written by hand, incidents get lost at the guard change and management hears about them the next day, if at all.

  2. Need

    What do they need?

Every shift event stored with time, person in charge and evidence, visible to the supervisor and management right away, without calling the post or flipping through notebooks.

  3. Desire

How do they want to solve it?

From the phone the guard already has, with an app that works without signal at the gate and asks no more than paper did: log it, take the photo, move on.

  4. Tension

What drives it and what holds it back?

Driven by the pressure for traceability: audits, resident complaints and stolen bikes with no record. Held back by the fear of a heavy system, of training rotating staff and of paying for modules they never use.

  5. Opportunity

    Where can we innovate?

Nixo digitizes the whole shift, module by module: logbooks with photos, bikes with QR, visitors, packages and panic button, in real time between guard, supervisor and management. Only what the site needs gets activated, and it is paid per module.

Modules

01

Digital logbooks

The guard logs the incident from the app: type (theft, suspicious person, vehicle incident and nine more), priority, location and photos. It moves from pending to reviewed to closed, recording who created, reviewed and closed it. Works offline and syncs when back online.

02

Bike control

Each bike gets its brand, model, color, owner and its own QR code (BIKE-073). Entry and exit with time and person in charge, status inside, outside or in maintenance, and an alert when it has been in for days. The owner receives the QR via WhatsApp.

03

Panic button

The tenant or guard triggers it from their phone and every security role receives it instantly, with sound, name and unit number. The alert goes through active, attending and resolved, with notes and a photo at each step, and stays in the history.

04

Visitors and parking

Visitor entry with ID, tower and apartment, plate if they bring a vehicle, and exit with the operator who logged it. With visitor parking, the exit computes the time, applies grace minutes and car or motorbike rates, and issues the invoice with tax.

05

Packages and mail

The package is received with a photo, serial number and recipient details, who gets a WhatsApp notice with their QR. Delivery is logged with a photo and the name of whoever picked it up. Nothing sits at the front desk without a trace.

06

Reports for management

Reports center by period with charts that open the detail in one click, comparisons between date ranges, Excel export and full-screen mode for the monitoring room. The monthly report comes out ready for the committee.

In operation

Already covering real shifts, every day

Nixo runs today in three shopping malls and one residential complex in Colombia. It's not a pilot: it's logbooks that get signed, rounds that get closed and panic buttons that have to work on the first try.

Nixo is a Tavelik software for private security in Colombia: digital logbooks, bike control, panic buttons, rounds and shifts. Every event is logged with time, location and the person responsible, and management sees it live.

For private security teams that still keep their logbook on paper today. Nixo already runs in three shopping malls and one residential complex in Colombia, and you can start with a single module, like logbooks or panic buttons.

Six configurable modules: digital logbooks, bike control, panic buttons, rounds and shifts, visitors and access, and reports for management.

Plans start at $149,900 COP per month per module and from $349,900 COP per month for the full suite; the dedicated instance is quoted by scope. Setup and training are included and there is no installation cost.
